Diplomová práce pojednává o přístupech klasické a reverzní genetiky při identifikaci genů. Metoda pozičního klonování byla využita k identifikaci genu podmiňujícího vznik mutace lycopodioformis u Arabidopsis thaliana
Abstract:
The diploma thesis is about methods of forward and reverse genetics, which are used to identify genes. Map-based cloning approach was used for identification of the gene determinating mutation of lycopodioformis in Arabidopsis thaliana.
