Abstract:
The graduation these deals with the problems of mistreated, abused and neglected children in their families, emphasizes the importance of prevention and task of the task of state administration body social-law protection of children in the process of help to such an endangered or handicapped children. There are possibilities of protection and help to such a handicapped children in its part.
