Diplomová práce má teoreticko-empirický charakter. Na příbězích dvou učitelek v mateřské škole sleduje a popisuje jejich schopnost reflexe, sebereflexe, autoregulace a sebehodnocení v průběhu profesního života. The thesis is a theoretical and empirical character. It presents the stories of two kindergar-ten teachers and their ability to reflection, self-reflection, self-assessment and self-regulation throughout their professional lives.
