Optimalization of chemical heat treatment workstation implemented at UWB in Pilsen
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá realizací a optimalizací provozu linky pro chemicko-tepelné zpracování na ZČU v Plzni. Cílem bylo vytvoření několika procesů cementace a nitridace a jejich uskutečnění. Výstupem práce je analýza z metalografického hlediska, hloubky vrstvy, povrchové tvrdosti a chemického složení.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with realization and optimalization of chemical heat treatment workstation at UWB in Pilsen. The aim was a design of processes of carburizing and nitriding and their realization. The output is the analysis of metallography, depth of layer, surface hardness and chemical composition.
