Předmětem práce je zjistit, kdo jsou peeři poskytující služby ve zdravotnických zařízeních v České republice, popsat jejich služby a vymezit jakou roli v tom hraje Systém psychosociální intervenční služby. Teoretická část se zabývá stávajícími poznatky o této problematice. Průzkumná část práce je zpracována metodou kvalitativního průzkumu.
