Cílem práce je analyzovat problematiku korupce v ČR s akcentem na její důsledky plynoucí z neprůhlednosti vlastnických struktur společností (firem), analyzovat tyto důsledky v souvislosti s daňovými úniky (odliv zisků právnických osob do daňových rájů). The aim is to analyze the problems of corruption in the Czech Republic with accent to the consequences resulting from lack of transparency of ownership structures of companies, to analyze these consequences in connection with tax evasion (outflow of corporate profits to tax havens).
