Moral Philosophy in the case-law of the Constitutional Court
Abstract:
Tématem diplomové práce je morální filosofie v judikatuře Ústavního soudu České republiky. Teoretická část práce nejprve popisuje základní morálně-filosofické školy a dále proces přijímání rozhodnutí. V empirické části práce je provedena analýza konkrétních kauz s morálním aspektem a je sledováno, jak k jejich řešení přistupují jednotliví ústavní soudci.
Abstract:
The diploma thesis focuses on moral philosophy in the case law of the Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic. In its theoretical part the thesis describes the basic schools of moral philosophy and decision-making process.
