Population Ecology with R system
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce uvádí základní modely populační dynamiky, tj. růst nestrukturované nebo strukturované populace a vývoj interagujících populací. Studované modely jsou realizovány v programovém prostředí R-language. Součástí práce jsou skripty v jazyce R, které mohou sloužit jako pomůcka při další analýze nebo modifikaci modelů.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis shows basic models of population dynamics, such as growth of structured or unstructured population and evolution of interacting populations. Studied models are implemented using R-language. Part of the thesis are scripts in R-language which can be used as an instrument for additional analysis or model modifications.
