Bakalářská práce rozvádí problematiku poranění míchy, a to převážně v krčním úseku. V teoretické části popisuje jednotlivé traumatologické úrazy, které mohou při nehodě nastat, a v reakci na ně také primární změny vyvstávající v případě postižení míchy a typy jejího poranění. Bachelor thesis elaborates on the problems after spinal cord injury mainly in the cervical section. The theoretical part describes the various trauma injuries that can occur in an accident. It also describes the primary changes that occur when a spinal cord lesion happend and the types of injuries.
