Ve své bakalářské práci se zabývám problematikou počítání erytrocytů a jaderných buněk v mozkomíšním moku. Největším úskalím při počítání buněk jsou likvory bohaté na erytrocyty a elementy. Cílem bylo najít nejvhodnější barvicí metodu pro počítání jak erytrocytů, tak elementů. Abstract:
In my bachelor thesis I deal with counting erythrocytes and nucleated cells in cerebrospinal fluid. The greatest difficulty when counting cells are liquors rich in erythrocytes and nucleated cells. The aim was to find the most suitable staining method for counting both erythrocytes and nucleated cells.
