Social dialogue and resolution of collective disputes in the automotive industry

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na sociální dialog v automobilové společnosti Škoda auto, a.s. Cílem práce je nejprve v teoretické části stručně definovat náležitosti a právní úpravu kolektivního vyjednávání, definovat náležitosti sociálního dialogu, jeho zákonnou úpravu a možnosti řešení kolektivních sporů. Praktická část nejprve začíná stručným představením společnosti, následně historií sociálního dialogu ve společnosti od roku 1994 a následná podrobnější analýza kolektivního vyjednávání v roce 2015. V posledních kapitolách je provedena analýza celého průběhu a formulována doporučení pro nadcházející kolektivní vyjednávání.

Abstract:

The thesis is focused on the social dialogue in the automotive company Škoda auto, a.s., the aim of the work is the first in the theoretical part of the briefly define terms and rules of collective bargaining, to define the elements of social dialogue, its legal adjustment and solution options of collective disputes. The practical part begins with a brief introduction of the company first, then the history of the social dialogue in the company since 1994 and the subsequent more detailed analysis of collective bargaining in 2015. In the last chapters of the analysis is made of the entire course and formulated recommendations for the upcoming collective bargaining.
