Chocolate - the instruction text for a topic cocoa and chocolate
Abstract:
Anotace Poptávka po čokoládě se sále zvyšuje a je velmi používanou surovinou v cukrářské výrobě, proto jsem zpracoval výukový text – Čokolád, který se zaobírá pěstováním, zpracováním, historií, technologií výroby čokolády, nejznámějšími druhy čokolád a náplní, způsoby a kritériemi hodnocení.
Abstract:
Annotation The demand of chocolate is increasing these days. Chocolate is used very much in the confectionary production. I have made a text for teaching this topic – The Chocolate. It deals with growing, history and technology of processing chocolate, the best known kinds of chocolate and fillings, the methods and criteria of their evaluation.
