Anotácia:

Diplomová práce „Klíčové faktory investičního rozhodování“ ukazuje čtenáři, jakým způsobem může investovat v jednotlivých investičních portfoliích. První kapitola představuje historii investičních společností a počátky burzovnictví. Ve druhé kapitole charakterizuji základní investiční zásady a investiční trojúhelník, který je hlavním bodem investičního rozhodování, na který musí brát každý investor při rozhodování ohled. Třetí kapitola nám ukazuje, jaká máme investiční portfolia a pomocí jakých investičních nástrojů můžeme do jednotlivých portfolií investovat. Poslední praktická část diplomové práce doporučuje čtenáři, do jakých konkrétně produktů v rámci jednotlivých portfolií může investovat. Jsou zde produkty jak bankovního, tak i nebankovního sektoru, podle průzkumu trhu doporučení nejvhodnějších produktů.

Abstract:

My Thesis “The key factors of investment decision-making” shows the reader how to invest in individual portfolios. The first chapter presents the history of investment companies and the beginnings of the stock market. The second chapter characterizes basic principles of trading and the investment triangle, which is the center of an investor’s decision-making and which he/she must heed. The third chapter explains the differences between different types of portfolios and the best ways to invest in them. Lastly, in the practical part of my thesis, I recommended certain companies’ individual portfolios into which a reader can invest. I presented recommendations of the best products to invest in, in both the private and the banking sector based on detailed research.
