Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na event management a řízení vztahů se zákazníky (CRM) hotelů Marriott Prague a Courtyard by Marriott Plzeň. Hlavním cílem této práce je navrhnout možná vylepšení v procesech a systémech event managementu a CRM v Courtyard Plzeň. Abstract:
This thesis is focused on Event management and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) of the Marriott Prague and Courtyard by Marriott Pilsen. The main goal of this thesis is to suggest possible improvements in event management and CRM in Courtyard Pilsen to increase hotel revenue and to improve relationships with customers and employees.
