The issue of family business in the catering operation

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o problematice rodinného podnikání v gastronomickém provozu a dále v této práci dochází k porovnání rodinného a nerodinného podniku v gastronomii a jejich vnímání potenciálními klienty. Pomocí dotazníkového šetření je proveden výzkum spokojenosti zákazníků u dvou zkoumaných podniků, přičemž jeden je rodinný a druhý nerodinný.V závěrečné části práce jsem navrhla opatření, která by měla vést k růstu počtu klientů a k možné spolupráci mezi dvěma zkoumanými podniky.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the issue of family business in the facility and in this work, there is a comparison of family and non-family business in gastronomy and their perception of potential clients. Using the survey is finding out research on customer satisfaction in two surveyed companies, one being a family and the other non-family. In the final part, I propose measures that should lead to an increase in the number of clients and the possible cooperation between two studied companies
