New Concept of Consumer Protection
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá oblastí ochrany spotřebitele, obsahuje stručný vývoj této oblasti, zabývá se soukromoprávní hmotněprávní úpravou oblasti ochrany spotřebitele v České republice i Evropské unii a hodnotí její současný stav i z pohledu zatím ještě neúčinných právních předpisů.
Abstract:
The main goal of this study is to show fundamental weakness in Consumer Protection Laws, primarily its general regulations with the importance on the field of private law.
