Tato práce si klade za cíl prostudovat vztah mezi strukturou systémů vázaných nekovalentními interakcemi a jejich NMR parametry. Pomocí DFT výpočtů byl studován vliv mezimolekulových interakcí na elektronovou hustotu a tím pádem i tenzory NMR magnetického stínění různých purinových derivátů v pevném stavu. This thesis aims to investigate the relationship between the structure of various systems held together by non-covalent interactions and their NMR parameters. DFT calculations were used to investigate the influence of intermolecular interactions on the electron density and thus also on the NMR shielding tensors of various purine derivatives in the solid state.
