Diplomová práce se zabývá nekalou soutěží v rámci práva Evropské unie. Vychází z unijní právní regulace a rozhodovací praxe Soudního dvora Evropské unie. Práce je rozdělena do čtyř hlavních částí. This thesis deals with the unfair competition in European Union law. It is resulting from legal regulation and case-law of the Court of Justice of the European Union.
