Serbia after Milosevic - interrelations between Serbia and Kosovo

Abstract:

Moje bakalářská práce se bude zabývat problematikou srbsko-kosovských vztahů v souvislosti se separatistickými tendencemi kosovských Albánců o vytvoření vlastního státu, doprovázenými událostmi, které vedly až k samotnému vyhlášení nezávislosti. Domnívám se, že pro snadnější porozumění a vysvětlení této problematiky je nezbytné nahlédnout do minulosti a vypátrat původ vzájemné nevraživosti mezi zmíněnými národy. Práce bude tedy koncipována jako případová studie zaměřená na dnes již nezávislý stát Kosovo.

Abstract:

The case study is focused on interrelations between Serbia and Kosovo after the fall of the Milošević regime. The main objective was to find and describe the source that caused the poor development of their relationship. Their poor relations are based on the historical context. In the region of Western Balkans they were living together side by side two big nationalities Serbian and Albanian. They were fighting during the centuries. The object of their common interest was the region of Kosovo.
