The aim of the thesis is to analyze a local division of Unified Patent Court, which might be set up on the basis of the recently concluded Unified Patent Court Agreement. Diplomová práca má za cieľ analýzu miestnej divízie Jednotného patentového súdu, ktorá môže byť zriadená na základe nedávno prijatej Dohody o Jednotnom patentovom súde. Prvá kapitola popisuje vývoj vedúci k zmienenej Dohode, predovšetkým staršie modely medzinárodných európskych patentových súdov. Druhá kapitola sa zaoberá Dohodou.
