Cílem diplomové práce je analyzovat současný stav motivace prodejců ve vybrané společnosti a odhalit jeho přednosti a nedostatky a poté na základě výsledků analýzy zpracovat projekt ke zvýšení motivace prodejců. The aim of the thesis is to analyze current state of shop assistants' motivation in a selected company and reveal its advantages and weaknesses and to create a project with goal to increase shop assistants' motivation based on the analysis.
