Chosen Issues of the Internet Jurisdiction
Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is to analyse important questions connected with private international law and the internet from various perspectives. It tries to provide a brief overview of the development of the analysed subject. The thesis should also offer a view on the contemporary doctrine and practice and outline suitable directions for future proposals.

Predkladaná diplomová práca z rôznych pohľadov analyzuje problematiku pôsobnosti práva v prostredí internetu, pričom pod pojmom pôsobnosť práva rozumie najmä otázky spojené so stanovením súdnej právomoci a určením rozhodného práva. Cieľom tejto práce je zhodnotenie postupného vývoja v analyzovanej oblasti, ponúknutie pohľadu na súčasný stav poznania a načrtnutie vhodného smeru do budúcnosti. Práca …more
