Bakalářská práce popisuje problematiku trestu, účelu trestu a jeho ukládání z historického pohledu od nejstarších zákoníků po současné pojetí. Věnuje se právní úpravě nepodmíněného trestu odnětí svobody, podmíněného k trestu odnětí svobody, podmíněného trestu odnětí svobody s dohledem a výjimečnému trestu. The bachelor thesis deals with the theme of the sentence, its purpose and its imposition in historical terms from early Codes of Law till modern concepts. It focuses on legal regulations of unconditional sentence of imprisonment, suspended sentence of imprisonment, custody of defendant under suspended sentence and exceptional punishment.
