Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá metodou na segmentaci křivočarých struktur ve 2D obraze. Metoda je založena na hledání nejkratších cest ze startovního bodu zadaného uživatelem ve vhodně zvoleném grafu. Důležitým prvkem metody je Dijkstrův algoritmus, který je rozšířen o následný backtracking a stopovací strategii. Abstract:
This thesis deals with the method for segmenting curvilinear structures in 2D images. The method is based on searching the shortest paths from the starting point in the suitable graph. The important element of the method is the Dijkstra algorithm, which is expanded by backtracking and a stopping strategy.
