Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje bilirubinu, a především jeho oxidačním produktům. Teoretická část pojednává o vzniku bilirubinu při degradaci hemu včetně mechanistického popisu jednotlivých kroků enzymatické degradace. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis is devoted to bilirubin and its oxidation products. The theoretical part deals with the formation of bilirubin during heme degradation, including a mechanistic description of the individual steps of enzymatic degradation.
