Establishing appropriate cost drivers in the processing of full-cost methodology in an university environment.

Abstract:

Prace se zabývá počáteční fází implemantace metodiky full-cost ve vyskoškolském prostředí, konkrétně na Univerzitě J. E. Purkyně v Ústí nad labem. Stručně popisuje strukturu, způsob řízení a financování univerzity, definuje základní principy metodiky full-cost a rozvrhových základen. Díky projektu Evropské unie zde tým pracovníků pracuje na zavedení metodiky full-cost. Jedny z prvních úkonů implementace jsou rozvrhové základny a získání dat pro jejich určení. V případě UJEP jsou to produktivní čas a plocha všech prostor. Pomocí dotazníku produktivního času a kompletní pasportizace, který tato práce popisuje toho bylo dosaženo.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the initial stages of implementing full-cost methodology in the university environment, specifically in the J. E. Purkyně University in Ústí nad Labem. It briefly describes the structure, management methods and funding of the university, it defines the basic principles of the methodology and full-cost allocation bases. The project of the European Union enabled a team of the university staff to work on the introduction of full-cost methodology. One of the first operations in the implementation part are the allocation base and data acquisition for their determination. At the University of J.E.Purkyně these are productive time and area of all space. The data has been obtained by using a questionnaire of productive time and complete passportisation, which are described by this thesis.
