Abstract:
Diplomová práce zkoumá dopady novely zákona o rozpočtovém určení daní a změn souvisejících právních předpisů účinných od roku 2013 na financování obcí a jimi zřizovaných škol. Hodnotí systém financování obcí potažmo škol před a po účinnosti novely a také problematiku úhrady neinvestičních výdajů za dojíždějící žáky. The diploma thesis is focused on the amendment to the Act of budgetary allocation of taxes and other relevant legislation effective from 2013 and their impact on financing the municipalities. It evaluates the funding system before and after the amendment and also evaluates reimbursement of non-investment expenditures between municipalities.
