Bakalářská práce „DNA spermie a její poruchy“ se zabývá publikovanými údaji o mechanizmu vzniku zlomů v DNA lidské spermie. Práce popíše možné příčiny, dobu a místo jejich vzniku. Práce také zmíní současné poznatky o vlivu zlomů DNA na vývoj lidského embrya i možnosti a schopnosti reparace oplozeného vajíčka. The bachelor's thesis „Human sperm DNA and its disturbances“ will concern with published data about the mechanisms of DNA breaks present in the human sperm head and the possible causes and the time and place of their origin.
