Abstract:
Vklad do katastru nemovitostí je jeden ze tří druhů zápisů, které se zapisují do katastru nemovitostí. Pilířem tohoto zápisu je zásada intabulace, která představuje právotvorný princip. Právní účinky vkladu vznikají na základě pravomocného rozhodnutí o jeho povolení ke dni, kdy návrh na vklad byl doručen katastrálnímu úřadu.
