Práce se zabývá radiační zátěží z plánovacího 4DCT u pacientů, kteří se léčí s karcinomem plic. Teoretická část popisuje problematiku radioterapie spojenou s karcinomem nacházejícím se v oblasti hrudníku a jejich možnou kompenzaci.
