Tato bakalářská práce má dvě části. Teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická se zabývá komparativní analýzou dvou fundamentálních přístupů k oceňování nemovitosti. Srovnává oceňování na tržních principech s oceněním administrativní cenou. This thesis has two parts. The theoretical and practical. The theoretical analysis deals with two fundamental comparative approach to valuing the property.
