Bakalářská práce se věnuje socioekonomickým aspektům pracovní migrace ve vybrané společnosti. Teoretická část přináší vhled to témat firmy, migrace a trhu práce. Praktická část obsahuje analýzu nezaměstnanosti a migrace na území České republiky a Olomouckého kraje, polostrukturované rozhovory s majitelem stavební firmy a zahraničním zaměstnancem firmy. The bachelor thesis is about socioeconomic aspects of labor migration in chosen company. Theoretical part of the work talks about firm, migration and labor market. Practical part of the work includes analysis of unemployment and migration in Czech republic and Olomouc region, semi-structured interviews with owner of construction company and with foreign worker who works for a company.
