Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá kriminalistickou identifikací osob. Na začátku práce je nastíněno téma kriminalistika, kriminalistická stopa, kriminalistická technika a forenzní kriminalistika. Následně jsou představeny historicky významné osobnosti pro kriminalistiku. Dále je již samotná kriminalistická identifikace osob a její metody. Po jednotlivých metodách jsou uvedeny dvě metody, co s identifikací úzce souvisejí. Poslední teoretickou částí jsou kriminalistické databáze. Závěrem práce je praktická část.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with criminal identification of persons. At the beginning of the work is outlined the topic of criminology, criminological trail, criminological technique and forensic criminology. Subsequently, historically important personalities for criminology are introduced. Then there is the criminal identification of persons and its methods. After each method, there are two methods that are closely related to identification. The last theoretical part is forensic databases. The conclusion of the work is a practical part.
