Cieľom tejto práce je návrh a vývoj frameworku na hodnotenie kvality (benchmarking) inferenčných metód modelov Booleovských Sietí. Abstract:
This thesis focuses on the development of a framework for benchmarking inference methods of Boolean Network models. The framework should be extensible, and support the addition of new benchmarking metrics. It should also include a database of Boolean Network Models and Data Sets related to these models.
