Acquisition from Unauthorized Persons
Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá historií a vývojem nabytí od nevlastníka, současnou úpravou tohoto institutu v českém právním řádu a právní úpravou nabytí od nevlastníka v novém občanském zákoníku, který by měl být účinný v budoucnosti. Cílem této práce je komplexně a uceleně zpracovat problematiku nabytí od nevlastníka a zodpovědět stěžejní otázky s tímto institutem spojené.

This diploma work deals with history and development of acquisition from unauthorised persons, current Czech legislation and legal regulation of acquisition from unauthorised persons in new civil code which should be effective in the future.
