Tato práce se zabývá příčinou a prevencí kriminality mladistvých, sankcionováním mladistvých, jaké má sankce účel a jaké jsou možnosti kriminalitu mládež napravit. Tuto práci jsem zpracovala na základě aktuálnosti a složitosti tématu, kterému jsem se chtěla přiblížit. This thesis deals with the causes and prevention of juvenile delinquency, the sanctioning of juveniles, the purpose of the sanctions and ways of rectifying juvenile crime. The thesis is based on the topicality and complexity of the issue.
