Pulmonary angiography - Computed Tomography

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá v teoretické části problematikou angiografie prováděnou výpočetní tomografii, jejím technickým vybavením a správným provedením CTA plic. Dále se zaobírá kontrastními látkami, jejich nežádoucími účinky a aspekty pro aplikaci. Třetí kapitola pojednává o možných postprocessingových metodách, které se mohou používat při CT angiografii. Poslední kapitola teoretické části nám poukazuje na vyskytující se patologie plícního řečiště. Praktická část bakalářské práce se zabývá procentuálním postižením plícních tepen u pacientů, kteří podstoupili CTA plic kvůli suspekci na plícní embolii.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals in the theoretical aspect looks at the issues of angiography done by computed tomography and also looks at technical facilities and how to correctly implement the CTA pulmonary. The project studies the contrast agents, side effects and aspects of the application. The third chapter discusses about possible post processing methods, which can be used with CT angiography. The last theoretical chapter is focused on occurance of pathology pulmonary arteries. Practical part of the bachelor assignment explains the percentage of patients with affected lung arteries, who underwent the CTA pulmonary due to suspection of pulmonary embolism.
