ANOTACE Autor: Jaromír Hlavička Název: Provádění mobiliární exekuce prostřednictvím vykonavatelů exekučních úřadů Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na seznámení se s teoretickými postupy, ze kterých vykonavatelé exekučních úřadů v praxi vycházejí. Hlavně na nedostatky současné právní úpravy, které dosud přetrvávají a jejich dopadů v praxi.

ANNOTATION Autor: Jaromír Hlavička Title: Implementation of mobiliar execution through bailiffs execution authorities The thesis is focused on getting familiar whith the theoretical procedures, of which bailiffs execution offices are in practice. Mostly on the shortcomings of the current legislation, whit still persist and their impact in practice.
