Protein analysis using recent analytical methods
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá stanovením bílkovin pomocí moderních analytických metod. V práci jsou charakterizovány vlastnosti, složení, význam, vznik a výskyt bílkovin. Dále jsou v práci popsány analytické metody využívající se ke stanovení bílkovin spolu s jejich stručnými principy. Pro každou analytickou metodu jsou také popsány aplikace na reálné vzorky.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with the determinantion of proteins using modern analytical methods. The properties, composition, significance, origin and occurrence of proteins are characterized in this work. Furthermore, the methods used to determine analytical proteins together with their brief principles are described here, too.
