Bakalářská práce se věnuje Manchesterské scéně, počátku hudebního stylu britpop a vlivu těchto dvou scén na celkový vývoj kytarové hudby ve Velké Británii. Kapitoly tři a čtyři jsou rozděleny do podkapitol, v kterých se blíže věnuji popisu jednotlivých stěžejních hudebních skupin, případně nejdůležitějším událostem dané scény. The chapters three and four are divided into subchapters in which is given over to descriptions of the key bands, possibly the most important events for the scene.
