Hlavním cílem teoretické práce je charakterizovat jednotlivé přístupy pro tržní ocenění u nemovitostí (metodou-nákladovou, výnosovou a porovnávací) pro rodinný dům. Oceňování nemovitostí se provádí pomocí oceňovacích metod a pravidel. Tato činnost se provádí za účelem zjištění hodnoty nemovitosti. The main aim of this thesis is to characterize the different approaches to market valuation of the property by (cost method, yield method and compare method) for a family house. Property valuation is performed by using the valuation methods and rules. This operation is carried in order to determine the property value.
