Process Management as a Tool for Business Development
Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na navržení postupu implementace metodiky procesního řízení do vybraného procesu analyzované společnosti. Pomocí nástrojů modelování procesních toků je vytvořen návrh na zefektivnění vnitropodnikového procesu. Vytvořený návrh vede ke zlepšení způsobu řízení podniku a k jeho celkovému rozvoji.
Abstract:
The thesis is focused on proposing the process of implementation of the process management methodology into the selected process of the analyzed company. Using process flow modeling tools, a proposal is made to streamline the internal process. The created proposal leads to an improvement of the company management and its overall development.
