Byla navržena alternativní syntéza omega řetězce pro prostaglandinové/prostacyklinové deriváty s trojnou vazbou v pozici C13-C14. V laboratorním měřítku byly ověřeny jednotlivé syntetické postupy, vycházející z opticky čistého Corey aldehydu. Abstract:
Alternative synthesis of the omega chain for prostaglandin/prostacyclin derivatives with triple bond at C13-C14 position has been proposed. At the laboratory scale, individual synthetic procedures based on optically pure Core aldehyde were tested.
