Anotace: Tato bakalářská práce obsahuje přehled obchodních společností a zabývá se problematikou jejich založení. Zaměřuje se především na společnosti s ručením omezeným a rozebírá založení a vznik konkrétní společnosti FajnCom s.r.o.
Abstract:
Annotation: This Bachelor's Thesis contains an overview of companies and deals with the problem of establishing them. It focuses primarily on Limited Liability Companies and discusses the formation and establishment of one specific company, FajnCom Ltd.
