Position of School-leavers Entering a Labour Market

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou absolventů škol při vstupu na trh práce v České republice, zejména pak na Mostecku. Domnívám se, že toto téma si zaslouží pozornost, neboť investice do lidského kapitálu jsou důležité pro rozvoj společnosti, ekonomiky, vědy i kultury. Cílem diplomové práce je jednak seznámit čtenáře se současnou legislativou a státní politikou, zaměřenou na absolventy škol. Dále se věnuje problematice volby povolání a následné zařazení absolventů do pracovního procesu. Práce analyzuje aktuální potřeby na trhu práce a současnou úlohu státu v politice zaměstnanosti se zaměřením na absolventy škol. Diplomová práce si klade za cíl najít vhodnou cestu k řešení tohoto problému. K vytvoření komplexního shrnutí teorií jsem použila dostupné literatury a v diplomové práci bylo použito například metody sběru informací, řízeného rozhovoru, dotazníkové metody, studia a rozboru písemné dokumentace, analýzy, syntézy a metody komparace. Domnívám se, že cíl diplomové práce byl splněn.

Abstract:

This Diploma Thesis deals with the issues of graduates entering the labour market in the Czech Republic, particularly in Most region. I assume this topic deserves the attention for investments in the human capital are important because the development of community, economy, science and culture. The objective of my Diploma Thesis is on one hand to inform readers about the current legislation and government policy aimed at school graduates. On the other hand it deals with the issues of profession choice and subsequent inclusion of graduates into the labour force. The Thesis analyzes relevant needs of the labour market and the current role of the state in the employment policy focusing on school graduates. The Diploma Thesis aims to find a suitable way to solve this problem. I have used the available literature to develop a comprehensive summary of theories and in my Thesis I have used for example the methods of collecting information, controlled conversation, the questionnaire method, the method of research and study of written documentation, analysis, synthesis and the method of comparison. I suppose the objective of my Diploma Thesis has been met.
