Protection of Women and Youth in labour Relationship
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá problematikou ochrany žen a mladistvých v pracovně právních vztazích. Zaměřuje se hlavně na právní úpravu dané problematiky a poukazuje na některé její nedostatky. Jsou zde prezentovány i nástroje české legislativy k ochraně uvedených skupin. V závěru poukazuje na problematické aspekty a navrhuje změny do budoucna.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with the issue of Protection of Women and Youth in labour Relationship. It focuses first of all on the legal form of this issue and hints at some imperfections. Czech legislation implements for protection of referenced groups are presented here as well. In the conclusion I advert to some problematic aspects and suggest some changes for the future.
