Diverzifikace činnosti zemědělského podniku zavedením podnikání v oblasti venkovského cestovního ruchu

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem diverzifikace činnosti soukromého zemědělce, podnikajícího ve Středních Čechách. Cílem práce je na základě analýzy podnikatelského prostředí navrhnout možnosti diverzifikace činnosti soukromého zemědělce a připravit marketingový plán tohoto projektu. Práce má teoreticko-aplikační charakter. K výzkumu je využita metoda dotazování. Výstupem aplikační části je rozbor použitých metod spolu s uvedenými výsledky výzkumu, dále návrhy opatření. Díky analýze marketingového makroprostředí a mikroprostředí je možné zhodnotit situaci hospodářství. Dotazníkové šetření poté napomáhá především ke zjištění, o jaké produkty podniku venkovského cestovního ruchu mají potenciální klienti (respondenti) zájem a co patří mezi jejich oblíbené venkovské rekreační aktivity. Na základě zjištěných dat je navržen marketingový mix nové podnikatelské činnosti soukromého zemědělce. Tento návrh může do budoucna představovat možnou předlohu k realizaci projektu.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with proposal of a diversification of a private farmer activity, who is running the business in Central Bohemia. The main aim of the thesis is on the basis of an analysis of the business environment to propose areas for diversification of a private farmer activity and prepare a marketing plan of this project. The thesis has theoretical-practical status. Method of survey is used for research. The output of the practical part is analysis of used methods together with the research results, also proposals for measures. It is possible to assess the situation of that farm, thanks to analysis of marketing macro and micro environment. The questionnaire survey is primary instumental in findings, for which products of rural tourism enterprises potential customers (respondents) have interest and what ranks among their favourite rural recreational activities. The marketing mix of private farmer’s new entrepreneurial activity is proposed on the basis of discovered data. This suggestion can constitute a possible draft for project realization in future.
