Crime scene search

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na ohledání místa činu. Jsou zde vysvětlené jednotlivé pojmy jako je právě ohledání, místo činu a ohledání místa činu. Popsané jsou postupně jednotlivé druhy, které se nejčastěji ohledávají. Dále jsou uvedené zásady, taktiky a metody, kterými se subjekty ohledání při této činnosti řídí. Popsané je také to, jak se na ohledání kriminalisté připravují, jelikož to není lehký úkon, jak místo ohledání nejdříve zajistí a jak ho po samotném vlastním ohledání zdokumentují. V poslední řadě je uveden případ, který má za účel porovnat, zda kriminalisté při ohledání v praxi skutečně postupují tak, jak je v odborné literatuře popsáno a doporučeno.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis focuses on the search of the crime scene. The individual concepts are explained here, such as the search, the crime scene and the crime scene search. The individual species that are most often searched are described. The following are the principles, tactics and methods that search subjects follow in this activity. It also describes how forensic scientists prepare for the search, as it is not an easy task, how they first secure the search point and how they document it after the actual search. Lastly, a case is presented to compare whether forensic scientists actually proceed in practice as described and recommended in the professional literature.
