Abstract:

Diplomová práce se věnuje problematice ohledně statické dopravy ve městě Hluboká nad Vltavou. Práce je rozdělena do čtyř částí. První část se zaměřuje na teoretický rozbor, kde jsou získány odborné poznatky o dopravě v klidu a geografii sídel. Tato část je zakončena metodikou práce. Ve druhé části je zkoumán současný stav řešených parkovacích ploch, provedena analýza získaných dat od provozovatele parkování a analýza dat z vlastních dopravních průzkumů. Dále je pozorovací metodou zjištěn stav informativního dopravního značení. Metodou komparace jsou porovnány navigační zařízení. Třetí část vyhodnocuje veškeré získané výsledky a vyhodnocuje zjištěné nedostatky. V poslední části je vypracováno několik návrhů, které mají zlepšit dopravní situaci v centrální části města, zjednodušit navádění řidičů na záchytné parkoviště a odstranit zjištěné nedostatky. Dále je zde zaveden nový tarif zpoplatnění parkovacích ploch. Poslední částí je ekonomické zhodnocení návrhů.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the issues of the static traffic in Hluboká nad Vltavou city. This thesis is divided into four parts. First of them aims to theoretical analysis. The expert knowledge related to the static traffic and the local geography are obtained. This part ends with the methods used. The second part examines the current situation with parking areas defined. The analysis of the data provided by parking provider and the analysis of the data obtained during own traffic research is processed. The condition of the road signs is obtained using the observation method. The navigation devices are compared using the comparation method. The third part evaluates all of the results gained and it also evaluates the shortcomings discovered. In the last part there are few suggestions provided to make the traffic situation of the city centre better and also to make the navigation to the parking place easier for the drivers. Furthermore, there are few suggestions on how to deal with shortcoming’s discovered. Next there is a new parking tariff of the parking areas. In conclusion the economic evaluation can be found.
