Determination of ethanol in alcoholic beverages
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce je věnována stanovení etanolu v alkoholických nápojích, především v medovině. Popisuje možné metody stanovení obsahu etanolu, se zaměřením na plynovou chromatografii a destilační metodu. Výsledkem práce je určení obsahu etanolu v medovině a porovnání naměřených hodnot získaných metodou plynové chromatografie a destilační metodou.Abstract:
This bachelor thesis is devoted to the determination of ethanol in alcoholic beverages with emphasis on mead. Methods used for determination of content of ethanol are described mainly focused on gas chromatography and the distillation method. The result of the work is the determination of the ethanol content in mead and comparison of the results of gas chromatography with distillation technique.
